  Location: Klang
  
  Job Scopes:
  • To perform the full spectrum of payroll functions including payroll calculation, allowance/OT claim administration other in a timely manner.
  • Review records relating to employee annual, medical, attendance and other leaves application with records updated.
  • Upkeep all staff personnel file and do proper record filling records.
  • To undertake administration duties and ad hoc assignments as and when assigned from time to time.
  • Manage the recruitment process using tools such as the advertisement.
  • To handle Group Hospitalize & Surgical insurance; insurance claims and reporting, KWSP, EIS, and SOSCO claim.
  • Communicate with government authorities when necessary.
  • Ensure smooth running of the Human Resource Department
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
