    Job Scopes:
    Tasks are divided into 3 categories.
    1. Service Level
    2. Data Handling
    3. Technical Capability

    The service desk agent will diagnose hardware, software and network related problems for end users. It will be basic level 1 troubleshooting and training will be provided.
    Main requirement for me is the customer service skill as they are speaking with end users over the phone.
    They must have good Thai language skills and English conversational level as training provided by us will be mainly in English.

    Requirements:
    - Proficient in both English, Thai
    - Possessed a Diploma in IT field
    - Fresh Graduate's are eligible to apply
    - Available to start work immediately
