    Job Scopes:
    - Standby in the office to receive customer call (9:00-17:30)
    - Trouble shooting (check customer device by remotely)
    - Vendor escalation, Vendor control
    - Maintain support information
    - Must possess own car

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    Language: English
    Education Background: Diploma in IT field
    Experience:
    - 【Must】At least 3years experience in IT department or IT helpdesk
    - 【Must】PC knowledge (ping, tracert, MS office)
    - [Advantage] Network knowledge (cisco, HP or other brand)
    Firewall knowledge (cisco, juniper or fortigate)
    Server knowledge (AD, DHCP, DNS,File server)
    Email knowledge (Hosting email, client soft setup)
