    Company Profile: This is the Japan logistic company which they provide import and export shipment, and freight forwarding service.



    Location: Seksyen U8, Shah alam


    Job Descriptions:
    Customer Service and indoor sales position

    - Understand customer needs and requirements.
    - Handle sales inquiries and customers request quotation.
    - Effective negotiation and close sales deal to achieve monthly target.
    - Maintain and expand your database of prospects with your assigned territory.
    - To rebuild rapport with existing clients via calls, email and site visitation.
    - Monitor the competitor’s activities and analyses the market trend.
    - Follow-up monthly aging report.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    Language: English
    Education Background:Diproma or Degree in any field is acceptable
    Experience: at least 2 years related experience in Logistic (Prefer Forwarding)
    Others:
    - Understanding in Logistic concepts and able to demonstrated logistic solutions offering and value added propositions offering.
    - Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
    - Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment.
    - Good interpersonal skills and self-esteem in the required field.
