    Company background:
    The company established since 1966. It is a well-known music education & instruments trading company which founded at the year of 1887. They are actively promoting music-related activities such as music festivals, competitions, and having own music school in order to render the arts of music to the society.

    Working Location: Petaling Jaya (Selangor)

    Job description/ scope:
    The job holder is responsible to the marketing and enrolment of all music courses licensed from Corporation, Japan and the sales of Music Software.
    He/ She is expected work with a team, existing franchisees and other school channels to expend and grow the demand for Music courses through new intake and retention activities, staff training and related events.
    He/ She is also responsible to ensure compliance, routine review on the standard operating procedures and high customers service level in all Music Schools /courses channels.
    He /She is expected to develop the market for Music courses and to source for potential music schools/ courses operators.
    Additionally, he /she is responsible for the administration of Music Education Department and to ensure prompt reporting and collection of payment by operators.

    1. Sales and Marketing of Music courses
    a. Student Enrolment & Retention Plan and Activities (Routine)
    i. Plan, organize and implement nationwide student enrolment campaigns to increase student intakes. (Routine)
    ii. Plan, organize and implement nationwide students and teachers retention campaign to curb dropout, and increase enrolment. (Routine)
    iii. Support, arranged and organise staffs and teachers session and activities. (Routine)
    iv. Provide efficient and effective supporting services to client to enhance school operating efficiency and productivity. (Routine)
    v. Ensure effective implementation of all the approved system. (Routine)
    vi. Plan and organize monthly correspondences with clients on current issues through official email/ memo. (Routine)

    b. Teachers Recruitment Plan & Activities (Quarterly)
    i. Plan and propose activities for teacher recruitment. (Quarterly)
    ii. Source and recruit potential music teachers (as owner or only teaching). (Quarterly)
    iii. Prepare and plan for advertising to recruit teachers eg via FN, EDM etc.

    2. Administration for Music Education Department. (Monthly)
    a. Licensing Fees and Student Reporting. (Monthly)
    i. Check monthly student report & enrolment
    ii. Ensure accurate and timely submission of student reports and any training payments. (Monthly)
    iii. Plan appropriate actions on clients who are rampant defaulter of payment and processes –eg: Provide warning letters. (Monthly)
    iv. Online key-in student report on monthly basis. (Monthly)

    3. Develop existing and new channels. (Routine)
    a. To develop, coordinate and implement plans designed to increase existing business and capture. (Routine)
    i. Develop, cultivate and grow a totally new market channel. (Routine)
    ii. Promote and reach out to untapped new market channel. (Routine)
    iii. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potential; estimating partners’ needs and goals. (Routine)
    b. To acquired new clients and identify sales leads. (Routine)
    i. Pitch courses / service to new clients. (Routine)
    ii. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching on related events, publications, and announcements; (Routine)
    iii. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. (Routine)
    iv. Screens potential business client by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; (Routine)
    c. Communicating new services/ course developments to prospective clients with objective to generate high growth. (Routine)
    i. Monitor new client and their accomplishments, performance. (Routine)
    ii. Maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. (Routine)
    iii. Plan, Organise and monitor marketing, advertising and promotion activities for the new channel exd
    d. Organising / working committee for division and company’s events and activities (Adhoc)
    i. Teamwork and coordinating with committee in major company projects and events. (Adhoc)
    ii. Regional and National Competitions, School & Regional Concerts. (Adhoc)
    iii. Franchise Topical Dialogue, Conference. (Adhoc)
    iv. Staff related seminars & training. (Adhoc)
