In particular, refrigeration equipment compressor valves (valve plates), which are required to be durable, are supplied to domestic and overseas compressor manufacturers and have cultivated long-standing trust and technology through precision barrel polishing.

  Job responsibilities:
  - Direct report to Factory Manager
  - Mainly based in Plant2 in charge of metal stamping, consisting 8 staff, but also assisting Factory manager to oversee another division of deburring, consisting of 20 staff.
  -Overseeing production line to make sure the operation is working properly on schedule.
  - Upgrade production technical skills to meet operational needs.
  - Ensure operations adhere strictly to operating procedures and compliance to QMS.
  - Ensure production quality is complying to standard and meeting timeline.
