    Company background/ information:
    The company is listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. Today, PRB has transformed into a leading steel-processing / manufacturing Group focusing on the following main activities :
    1.Slitting & shearing of Carbon & Stainless Steel mother coils intoslitted coils / sheets for Automotive, Electrical & Electronic, Office Equipment, Metal Stamping industries
    2.Roll-forming of Carbon Steel Pipes & Hollow Sections
    3.Roll-forming of Stainless Steel Pipes & Hollow Sections
    4.Manufacturing of Steel Flat Bars, Steel Purlins
    5.Manufacturing of Wheelbarrows & Platform Hand Trucks
    6.Manufacturing of Steel Shelving & Pallet Racking and other storage
    equipment
    7.Manufacturing of Highway Guardrails

    Working location: Rawang (10 minutes driving distance from KTM Rawang)

    Job scope:
    1) Responsible for the overall Management and profitability of the company.

    2) Plan, develop, implement, to grow the agreed company's business plan in line with strategies to achieve overall sales target and objective.

    3) Manage the overall business operations including sales and plant management to strive for optimum business performance and financial contribution whist enhancing manufacturing, operational excellence and delivering absolute customer satisfaction and people development,

    4) To lead and direct a team of sales staff in penetrating target markets and meeting annual sales targets, developing new opportunities and enhancing customer relationships.

    5) Accountable for developing new business and growing the yearly revenue.

    6) To identify, adapt and implement methods and system for the improvement of the company's efficiency and availability.

    7) To provide leadership and direction to the team of key managers and to optimize all resources for continuous improvement.

    8) Tender project & calculate project costing & plan on production (raw material) once sales confirm.

    9) To have good rapport with existing and new customer, main contractors, sub-constractors & government sector such as JKR, etc

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Proficient in English, Malay (both written and spoken)
    - Graduate from Degree or Diploma in Civil or Building Engineering
    - Experience :
    1) At least 10 years of Sales experience in Project Sales Management in Civil Engineering sector such as Road & Highway project.
    2) Minimum 8 years Senior Management capacity in construction environment with strong connections with Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Government construction sector such as JKR / PKNS, etc.
    - Require Skill :
    1) Strong project & sales management skills
    2) Good in business deal negotiation
    3) Proven track record in sales
    4) Currently in Sales job, a Senior Sales Manager and ready-to-be General Manager
    - Certificate : ISO9001
    - Others :
    1) Strong in project costing & project tender
    2) Committed / energetic and possess management and organizational skills
    3) A leadership sty.le that is rooted in ownership, passion, teamwork, innovation and collaboration.
    4) Independent , initiative, result-oriented, and target driven
    5) Strong financial and analytical skills
    6) Able to travel outstation and occassionally travel to overseas
    7) Requires to manage Sales team (8 headcount - 2 Sales Manager, 3 Sales Executive, 3 Indoor Sales) (Batu Caves office) and Production team (10 headcount) (Rawang office)
