  Company background: The company established since 2011. It is an International Sea Freight, Air Freight and Inland Freight Forwarding company.
  
  Working Location: Klang (Selangor)
  
  Job description/ scope:
  • Report directly to department HOD/Manager on overall Forwarding portfolio.
  • Manage operation and monitoring flow for Import & Export both captive and noncaptive customers with minimal complaint from end customer
  • To manage all database related to HS CODE/Asean Countries/Asian and etc
  • Ensure all monthly reports been submitted by subordinate to customer timely
  • Manage Forwarding operation and submit report on monthly basis to Dept Mgr/HOD as when required.
  • To keep all site offices both Captive and Non captive customer updated on any changes of forwarding process such as (Permits,HS Code, CEPT, Ruling. Licenses and etc)
  • Back up support if there any Forwarding operational issue at site office any time
  • Support for project assessment as when needed when assigned by HOD/Manager
