    Company background/information: The company develops a professional management system to control all stages which ensures our customers with tailor-made, well-researched ingredients and solutions to stand out in the marketplace. The company is a global manufacturer and marketer of ingredients for nutrition & health, food & beverage, cosmetic & personal care, feed & pet food, API & agrochem and coating & construction industries.
    They are trying to better serving the customers around the world by establishing more and more local offices global sourcing service and instant technical support and to provide fast delivery service, to our customers.

    Working Location: Midvalley City

    Job scope/summary:
    * Handling full set accounting including account receivable/payable, GL, and cash books, monthly account settlement
    * Prepare and submission of GST Tax return matters
    * Ensure revenue collected to be transfer smoothly to HQ on timely basis
    * Prepare monthly cash flow projection, fund allocation, credit control/collection and financial report to HQ
    * Handle basic HR Services namely payroll, compensation and benefits, expenses claims, leave calculation, recruitment matters
    * Maintain correspondence with banks, external auditor, company secretary, tax agents and other regulatory bodies to ensure all statutory reporting are submitted on time
    * Analyse overall company financial position and perform necessary analysis/actions on cost, budgets and revenue
    * Ensuring all company procedures and policies are adhered always including improve current procedures and systems for effective administration
    * Responsible for successful day to day running of the office
    * Support and work closely with sales team and logistics to ensure positive grow of the company

    Requirements:
    - Require candidate who able to communicate via English (spoken and written)
    - Graduate from Diploma or Degree in Finance/ Accountancy
    - Experience : At Least 5 years of working experience as an Office Manager/Supervisory level in the trading business with work force 15-20 is required for this position.
