  Job scope/ responsibilities:
  · To assist the Senior Technical Support Engineer and Sales Department in preparing quotations, heat load calculation and technical support, answering customer queries with regards to air-conditioning products
  · Customers/suppliers relationship management – To manage feedback and complaints from customers, being the communication channel with internal departments, factories, suppliers, customers, partners, etc
  · To report and market trend sharing – obtain, compile updated information on market share, competitors’ promo, new products specification comparison, price competitions, etc
  · Coordinate all technical activities with contractors, suppliers and project team ensuring specifications are followed.
