    Job Scope:
    Coordinating and administer recruitment process including foreign worker related matters and provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department on daily activities as well as routine task to ensure smooth operations processes.

    • Responsible to coordinating the recruitment process including presenting the interview session by liaising with the hiring manager to ensure it is accordingly to the company budget.
    • Responsible to coordinating the foreign worker application quota by liaising with the agency and hiring manager to ensure smoothly process and accordingly to the government rules and regulations.
    • Responsible to update employee database for HRMS in all changes/movement of employee data (such as promotion, re-designation, transfer, increment, and other related matters).
    • Responsible for preparing and maintaining any letters pertaining to the hiring and movement exercises to ensure the standard.
    • Maintenance of e-attendance data by uploading the raw data into the e-attendance system to ensure the data is accurately stored.
    • Responsible to entertain any government request such as labour department, immigration, MIDA, etc. by providing the information required to ensure smoothly process.

    Main Tasks
    • Opening staff personal file
    • Generate e-attendance report
    • Issue any related letters in HR such as medical check-up letter for new joiner, confirmation letter, etc.
    • Handle new & renewal application of foreign workers
    • Notifications of New Joiner & assist in updating the HRMS system
    • Responsible in administration of Recruitment Process (screening/reference check)
    • Provide administration support to maintain employee and general files
    • Assist Human Resource Department with given tasks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - MUST be proficient in both English and Malay
    - Graduated with Degree in Business Administration/ HR Management
    - 4-6 years of experience in Manufacturing industry or Hotel industry
    (Expertise in doing recruitment of workers level or mass recruitment including handle new & renewal application of foreign workers)
    - Handling government department such as labour department, immigration, MIDA, etc. by providing the information required to ensure smoothly process.
    - Age : 27-35 (Females are preferable)
