  Company Introduction: Starting originally as a warehousing company, and today has emerged as one of the leading international freight forwarding companies with a wide network of branches all over the world. In Malaysia, they have set up the center in Port Klang and three other branches in Prai, Melaka, and Johor that helps to expand and operates several bonded and non-bonded warehouses in key locations within Malaysia.

  Job scope/ responsibilities:
  Act as an assistant of Operational Manager who handle customs, warehouse, customer service, shipping and land, deliver team.
  - Assist Manager(England Malaysian)
  - Communicate with customs, warehouse, customer service, shipping, deliver team
  - Monitor, manage and improve effectiveness and efficiency to dealers
  - Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations effectively to achieve dealer's requirement
  - Follow up and manage daily shipment (sea, land, trucking, warehouse), export and import
  - Prepare quotation
  - Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
  - Achieves financial objectives, analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
