  Job Scope:
  Mainly responsible for any analysis needed, act as the middle person between customers and the production line.
  • Completion of corrective & Preventive actions of customer complaint.
  • Control of second grade generation and rework status.
  • Established lab calibration planning and document control.
  • Produce high level competency of laboratory and QC personnel.
  • Report availability on customer complaint, RTL, Downtime, Color matching activities, QC.
  • Cost saving generated from cost optimized formulation.
  • Establish process of RTL delivery and agreed process between sales and laboratory.
  • No of continuous improvement in the process.
  • Approval of incoming raw material control.
  • Comply to ISO standard requirement for laboratory and QC.
  • No of SOP and OPL implementation in the QC and production for quality assurance purpose.
  • No of quality assurance audit conducted for continuous improvement purpose.
  • Continuous improvement status of 5S program in the lab.
