  Company background: A Japan Travel Agency, established in 1992. Currently having 55 employers in their company. There are 20 branches over Europe, 9 branches in Asia and 1 in USA. They are dedicated to provide an even higher level of expertise and resourcefulness, support for safe travel, and wide range of quality travel options to their valued customers. This position is designed as the call-centre team which also serve their potential customers through phone call.
  
  Working Location: Putrajaya/Cyberjaya (Our office is accessible with Cyberjaya-DTS bus service with pick-up point in Bukit Jalil, KL Sentral, Ampang Point, Kelana Jaya, One Utama, Summit Subang, Shah Alam, Klang Parade, Bukit Tinggi, Seremban and Nilai.)
  
  Job description/ scope:
  • To conduct research and searching of travel / tour information (eg. Hotel, meals, guides and other services) base on the Sales information received
  • To prepared and make competitive tour quotation to Sales based in South East Asia, China and Japan Market
  • To assist in translation of Japanese documents to local staff
  • Dealing and communicating with Sales staff based in Japan or in South-East Asia regarding clients’ needs and requirements
  • Able to handle Sales department enquiries related to travelling and ticketing matter
  • Able to handle Sales department enquiries in a professional manner and promptly
  • Ensure Sales department enquiries are satisfied courteously and efficiently through a single point of contact.
