  Job Scopes:
  Assist in testing and installing systems software for the company digital products and to ensure the provision of efficient and effective services to all users.
  • Assist in product demonstration and installation to users.
  • Provide software support and help resolve problems arising out of network connectivity.
  • Provide training for end-users on the usage of equipment and provide system consultation to customers.
  • Assist in testing of new products for suitability for local market.
  • Assist in hardware/software problems relating to our Print Controller / Print Server.
  • Trouble shooting and refurnishing Print Controller / Print Server and interface card.
  • Assist in installation of software/hardware for MFP devices.
  • Assist in installation and education of customers in Pagescope Family and other related solution softwares.
  • Assist in installation and education of customers in new KM MFP device on Third Party Softwares Solution or other related matters.
  • Demonstration of printing/Copying/scanning services from our KM MFP devices.
  • To provide in-house training/support to internal staff on IT related matters.
