In another division, they are specialized in printing machines which focused to fix the needs of production and corporation with cost-effective, high performance and multi-functioning.

  Job Scopes:
  <Market Research>
  - Conduct product analysis on all company and competitors' models.
  - Understand the needs and trends of the market and propose right Solutions.
  - Responsible in ensuring that solutions are always compatible with MFP and strives to improve product quality.
  - Pro-actively presenting new ideas for system improvements based on market trends and needs, including cost proposals.
  - Hold weekly meetings; discuss task progress and review issues, both internal and external. Perform market research analysis and identify opportunity for effective Business Concept and development.
  
  <Product development>
  - Responsible in testing new program in controller, real situation before launch.
  - Continually test programs and fault finding to improve product and services quality.
  - Preparation of training manuals for Pre/Post sales and Business Solutions team.
  - Responsible in moving existing solutions to Cloud platform.
  - Consulting clients and colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems and with a view to writing or modifying current operating systems.
  - Continually updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external Courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications.
  - Responsible in liaising with BSA for driver/firmware customization.
  - Responsible in ensuring that the current solutions are always compatible with MFP; monitoring and Correcting Software defects.
  
  <Cooperate with other teams / departments>
  - Working closely with business partner to ensure all development tasks are delivered on time.
  - Assist Pre and Post Sales team on sale /support activities, including back-end integration.
  - Assist pre sales team on solutions POC for customers, working in consultation with the Solutions Sales Executives.
  - Assist Business Development Executive in Product and Solution planning / sourcing / analysis 1 launching.
  - Assist internal training department in the preparation of training materials and conduct training for new products to sales personnel as and when required.
  
  <Others>
  - Prepare the supportive material on product features, comparison data etc for sales personnel.
  - Performs any other related duties as and when directed by superior.
