In another division, they are specialized in printing machines which focused to fix the needs of production and corporation with cost-effective, high performance and multi-functioning.

  Job Scopes:
  To achieve assigned sales objectives for Production Printing range of products (Profitability of the Company and ensure on-going customer satisfaction through service and follow-up.)
  • Ensure Company assigned sales targets for the month and year are achieved.
  • Ensure systematic coverage of assigned territory/market supported by relevant daily sales reports to be submitted periodically to the Management for information and review.
  • Calls on existing and potential clients to identify their current or perspective needs and provide information about the Company products/services including demonstrations and quotations.
  • Building new customer base to increase Segment 6 market share & MIF.
  • Support and sell to customers KM Production Printing range of products (PP).
  • Provide support to all sales staffs including branches, where needed.
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry advertisements, trade shows, internet web sites and other sources.
  • Ensure good knowledge of the market and monitor/tabulate competitors’ activities and advise superior of up-to- date information.
  • Assist Management/Superior with any additional market and business information relating to the creditworthiness and/or financial standing of prospective customers.
  • Display or demonstrate product, using demo units or catalogues and emphasize sellable features.
  • Follows up with customers to ensure product satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
  • Ensure Company stated credit terms are adhered to and be responsible for all collection of debts from customers in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate customer training on product information.
  • Maintain good relations with customers, advise them of Company’s services and provide product/pricing information. Evaluate customer’s requirements, investigate complaints of technical nature affecting sales, etc and advise Management as regards key problem areas.
  • Estimate date of delivery to customers, based on knowledge of product availability and delivery schedules.
  • Investigate and resolve customers’ problems with deliveries.
  • Attend trade shows.
