  • Job Description

    Company Introduction: Carries out procurement activities under International Procurement Operation for supplying & exporting materials & parts to the factories of their own parent company in worldwide regions. Provides stock operation services & centralized importation of parts & raw material for supply to group companies in Malaysia.

    Location: Petaling Jaya (Seksyen 13), nearby to Jaya Shopping Mall

    Job Scopes:
    - Dealing with vendor & customer on logistics & delivery arrangement.
    - Contact and build up relationship with clients.
    - Able to understand the supply chain management, Incoterms
    - Business trip to AEAN once in 2,3 months for 4 to 5 days
    - Issue PO, quotation, DO

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Well-versed in Chinese, English and Malay
    - 1-3 years related experience (Fresh graduate also can apply)
    - Preferable with factory purchasing background in electronic/electrical parts.
    - Logistics or Procurement education is advantage.
    - Good knowledge in IT
    - Preferable with intermediate level in Excel
    - Aged from 21 -25 (Female)
