  Company Introduction: A Germany company, they are the pioneer in industrial used equipment, devices, accessories and technology in temperature, level, flow, pressure, calibration and chemical gases that labelled as first-class performance and reliable in its quality. Also, they have their own professional chemical gas training of completion testing, certified across Europe.

  Job Scope:
  A. Quality:
  * Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
  * Renew implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
  * To maintains procedures and documentation to ensure the company meets organizational and regulatory standards for proper function, safety, quality and consumer acceptance.
  * Support or lead quality improvement initiatives. Ensuring that all managers, process owners and supervisors develop and maintain their part of the quality management system.
  * To liaise with the external assessment body on all matters related to the external accreditation process.
  * To plan, arrange and undertake internal audits and ensure that the audit exercise happens in line with the requirements of the standards.
  * To promote and ensures employees awareness about the use and importance of quality management systems and the quality policy to all levels of organization and to our clients. Not limit to conduct internal training related to standards/ Management system.
  * To evaluate and review the calibration procedures to ensure appropriateness and conformity to national/industrial standards annually together with the Technical Manager.
  * To attend to all complaints brought to attention and ensure that all complaints are resolved to customer's satisfaction.
  * To act and resolve matters that could interfere the laboratory in reporting the calibration data objectively.
  * To facilitate the Quality Management Review and prepare the Quality Management Review Reports.
  
  B. Production:
  * Assume full responsibilities for effective and efficient running of overall production, planning, maintenance and engineering operations.
  * Manage the production team to ensure effective and efficient utilization of personal,plant facilities, materials of production objectives of the company.
  * Build and maintain a team of stable and well-trained work force to meet the required production output, quality and KPIs to meet customers demand in timely basis at optimum cost.
  * Responsible for developing and improving the production processes, quality standards and product specifications of the raw materials/components and finished goods to satisfy sales & marketing requirements and comply with process/operating/ instructions/ documentation.
  
  C. Supply Chain
  * Develop logistic process improvement and strategies.
  * Accountable for order fulfilment process from order generation, pic/pack to distribution.
  * Lead a team of warehouse staffs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operations during receiving, put away, picking, packing and dispatch process.
  * Develop strong working partnership with internal departments and logistics services provider to smooth the workflow and optimize the overall cost of warehouse.
  * Ensure smooth delivery and operation efficiency for import and export and local delivery of goods.
