  Company Introduction: A Japan Travel Agency, established in 1992. Currently having 55 employers in their company. HQ in Tokyo (Japan) and other offices globally: 20 branches over Europe, 9 branches in Asia and 1 in USA. They are dedicated to provide an even higher level of expertise and resourcefulness, support for safe travel, and wide range of quality travel options to their valued customers. This position is designed as the call-centre team which also serve their potential customers through phone call.
  
  Location & Accessibility:
  -Cyberjaya ***able to reached by bus service with pick - up point in Bukit Jalil, KL Sentral, Ampang Point, Kelana Jaya, One Utama, Summit Subang, Shah Alam, Klang Parade, Bukit Tinggi, Seremban and Nilai.
  
  Job Scopes:
  • Handle account payables (AP) / account receivables (AR) / account journal entry of associated companies (Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Bangkok) into the accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics AX system).
  • Journal entries of the Account Receivable collections and Account Payables' accounting slip (invoice) into the Microsoft Dynamics AX Accounting system.
  • Able to understand supplier invoices and account documents written in English / Japanese and to make the accounting journals.
  • Sales invoice issuance via accounting software and delivering invoices to client by e-mail.
  • To contact to the customers in Asia and to get the information of AR collection details.
  • Preparation of monthly account reconciliation (i.e. bank reconciliation) and accounts reports.
