  Company Introduction: A Japan Travel Agency, established in 1992. Currently having 55 employers in their company. HQ in Tokyo (Japan) and other offices globally: 20 branches over Europe, 9 branches in Asia and 1 in USA. They are dedicated to provide an even higher level of expertise and resourcefulness, support for safe travel, and wide range of quality travel options to their valued customers. This position is designed as the call-centre team which also serve their potential customers through phone call.
  
  Location & Accessibility:
  -Cyberjaya ***able to reached by bus service with pick - up point in Bukit Jalil, KL Sentral, Ampang Point, Kelana Jaya, One Utama, Summit Subang, Shah Alam, Klang Parade, Bukit Tinggi, Seremban and Nilai.
  
  Job Scopes:
  • To manage and disseminate the travel information throughout the company such as the information regarding sightseeing, entrance rate, traffic, etc.
  • To collect Travel information in Europe to support Sales office in Japan and South East Asia - Restaurant, Coach, Private-car, Assistant/Guide/Interpreter etc.
  • To share with issuing latest Europe travel information circulation to all staffs - e-Circulation eg. Open/Close for Museum, entrance places, Strike, Demonstration etc.
  • To communicate with Network Office in Europe and Sales Office in Japan, China and South East Asia on the all travel information correspondences.
  • To maintain and update the global data and tariff inventory (products, service and pricing) database into Internal operating system.
  • To perform translation from English to Japan or Chinese on the sharing of travel information circulation.
