  Company Profile: A Japanese company established in 1968, HQ in Japan (Tokyo), having a Sales office at Osaka & factory in Malaysia. They are expediter in producing plastics related materials, especially stretch film & straps band for industry used for packaging and safety. This company has been actively participate in International expo and exhibition for the purpose in promoting their products.
  
  Location: Johor (Senai area, 7 minutes to the Johor Airport)
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  - Accountable for overall Profit & Loss of the factory.
  - Provide leadership, direction and oversight to all functional management including Costing, Engineering, Planning, Finance, Materials, Production, HR, Program Management, Quality, Logistic and Shipping.
  - Develop goals and objectives for factory management which ensure execution to company's enduring goals.
  - Establish measurable goals, objectives and metrics for the management staff.
  - Set direction and ensure accountability for performance to these metrics as well as continuous improvement activities.
  - Report directly to MD
