  Location: Work in Philippines. Just travel back to Malaysia if needed.
  
  Job Scopes:
  1) Ramp up, develop, and scale the operation in Malaysia to ensure operational and strategic goals are achieved.
  2) Evaluate and analyze needs and requirement of the local market to be competitive and differentiated.
  3) Oversee day-today operation.
  4) Build, manage, and motivate team to meet and exceed organization and departmental goals and objectives while infusing overall company culture within office.
  5) Maintain quality service and excellence by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  6) Implementing comprehensive operation planning. Plan, operate and manage company’s products.
  7) Responsible for countries performance objectives and break down effectively.
  8) Developing countries KPI assess and supervise the implementation process.
