Job Description
Company Profile: It's a Japanese company, subsidiary under a big Japanese corporation. They are specialized in providing the electronics products, including semiconductors, boards and devices. Besides, they also offers solutions regarding to IT software or system.
Location: Kuala Lumpur City Center (Jalan Raja Chulan, 5 minutes walking distance to Pavilion Shopping Mall)
Job Scopes:
<Internal Sales scope>
- Forecast download & update
- Forecast sharing & summary for those parts buying
- Order planning
- Loading COP to supplier
- Checking purchase backlog
- Pull put schedule
<New Business follow up>
- Apply supplier for quotation
- Provide quotation to customer
- New part registration
- Delivery support
- Aging stock report & dead stock control
- Update monthly sales achievement
- Customers demand’s up or drop status follow up ; report to Sales
- Reply customer’s outstanding PO delivery schedule
<Customer Service scope>
- Reply customer’s other enquiry : GP matter, failure issue etc
- New PO input ; update PO reschedule date
- Arrange delivery
- Monthly closing
Indoor only, no need to go out to visit customer, always works in the office. Routine job scope.

Requirements:
- Proficient in Chinese, Malay and English
- Graduated as Diploma or degree in any field.
- MUST with semi-conductor industry experience (factory or trading)
OR Experience in customer service in a industry semi-con (factory or trading)
- Aged from 28-40 (Female)
