  Company Profile: One of the largest and most modern rare earths separation plants in the world. They are doing the process of concentrating and producing separated Rare Earths Oxide (REO) products for sale to customers in locations including Japan, Europe, China and North America.
  
  Location: Kawasan Gebang , Kuantan.
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  <Market Research>
  Identify how to satisfy customers and market needs in a sustainable way by adjusting and/or developing products and services:
  • Maintain and develop market data base (segmentation, from end use to RE needs). Evaluate through ad hoc interaction with end users, future market segment trends and their key drivers, and their impact on the rare earth market. Analyse the value chain of each application where Lynas is or consider being active.
  • Identify technology breakthrough and possible new applications which could create value to the RE market. Evaluate the potential value capture for Lynas and partnerships to support this business development. Maintain and develop an innovation pipe.
  
  <Support in business development / Operational Marketing>
  • Define Products and Services offer, Segregate and Select customers and define target and action plan.
  • Coordinate Product launch commercial, technical and other activities
  • Evaluate profitability of sales by product, segments and region and suggest options for improvement including pricing model modification.
  • Propose and negotiate long term offers to end users, securing market long term growth while optimizing Lynas overall value capture.
  
  <Promotion in the market>
  • Develop communication plan (target, means) and roll-out
  • Maintain and develop sustainability assessment (Life Cycle Assessment, Responsible Care) in partnership with end users and direct customers (for full value chain evaluation).
  • Delivers presentation of relevant conferences
