  Job Responsibilities:
  -Departmental/ Brand in charge: JOICO ( Saloon product)
  -Develop and execute short/long term plans to grow the brand portfolio in term of its brand awareness and market share
  -Develop marketing strategy to suit the business to drive the business with sales and educator
  -Develop marketing promotions and collaborations to fit overall marketing strategy and division’s budget
  -Manage and support various marketing activities to ensure overall marketing execution is met
  -Manage and track all marketing initiatives and contracts • Support and organize all events i.e. Product launches, press conferences, seminars etc.
