  Job Responsibilities:
  -Respecting the Division’s financial budget and practice.
  -Produce monthly management reports, answer to ad-hoc request.
  -Anticipating financial risks and pro-actively communicating to management.
  -Optimizing costs and efficiency of investments.
  - Controlling Tools – work with immediate superior to improve the monthly control for the division.
  -Develop insightful reports which link to zone, group reporting requirements and local management tools.
  -Target to automate reports.
  -Ensure topline and bottomline are achieved and flag risk of over or under deliver.
  -Stringent control of actual expenses vs budget (capital expenditure, A&P, SG&A).
  -Participate in Budgeting process and monthly rephrasing.
  -Define assumptions and perform boutique P/L simulations based on different scenarios.
  -Manage and control financial performances to meet budget commitment.
  -Prompt identify financial risk and exposure. Ensure risk and exposure are appropriately reported and treated in the P/L.
  -Protect the P&L of the Business.
  -In time to come, participate in Sales and forecast meeting. Simulate sales forecast to ensure it ties to budgeted sales phasing.
  -Work with marketing on action plans to clear slow moving stock.
  -Manage and control media and promo expense for optimization.
  -Continuous monitoring of productivity of resources.
  -Ensure proper cut off of activities for accurate reporting.
  -Support financial reporting in providing timely data where appropriate.
  -Analysis of business performance against budget/against last year.
  -Checking of office staff monthly expenses claims and incentives
