Job Description

【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】- Supervise and lead all maintenance operations by scheduling, prioritizing, and assigning work orders and proactive maintenance tasks. - Manage resources in the maintenance operations. - Establish, implement, and maintain maintenance procedures. - Perform inspections and oversight of maintenance work to ensure quality. - Maintain all machineries to ensure the operation ability is at the working standards. - Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance. Promote cost reduction through Mean - Time Before Failure (M.T.B.R) and Mean Time to Repair (M.T.T.R) improvement and others. - Establish and maintain business plan for maintenance operations. - Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining equipment reliability. - Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan. - Set Performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members, includes supervise and mentor maintenance technicians.
