    Job Responsibilities:
    - Understand client’s business at the highest level and oversee day-to-day project execution and relationship with clients
    - Build strategic partnership with clients across categories and brand
    - Leads tactical implementation plans to achieve clients’ digital campaigns objectives
    - Effective crisis control and management
    - Strategic input and creative judgment valued by planning and creative alike
    - Ensure strong digital vision across online media and is align with HQ/RHQ Digital directions
    - Provide timely and consistent communication to related teams and the agency as a whole about project status
    - Develop strong relationships with all other cross functional teams
    - Setup clear vision for the growth of Digital Team
    - Provide clear direction, delegate responsibility and set performance expectations for others’ behavior and approach to getting the job done
    - Encourage others to share their viewpoints and create an atmosphere where issues are openly addressed before they evolve in problem
    - Explain reasons and rationale when giving directions and demonstrations and act as a mentor to enhance overall performance
    - Develop a solid project management process for delivering world-class digital marketing content on time and on budget, and ensure timely billing process adhered to smooth functioning
    - Vendor selection, direct and monitor outside vendors work to ensure on-time delivery and production quality
    - Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    - Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
    - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
    - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
    - Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements;
    - Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English, Malay & Chinese
    - Possess Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Communications/Digital Media
    - Strong project management skills and keen understanding of creative development process and budget control
    - 7 years of relevant experience in managing campaigns in an integrated agency environment handling digital advertising/branding
    - Strong understanding of how mobile is affecting the retail space and overall consumer journey
    - Experience in consumer electronics/FMCG retail projects will be an added advantage
    - To attend overseas business trip (eg. meetings/workshop/conference etc.)
    - Prefer candidate experience from Advertising agency
    - Candidate aged of 30-45 years old
