  Job Scope:
  - To manage a medium size of few projects under a large scale of one project as a project leader.
  - Manages day-to-day delivery to ensure team is meeting or exceeding contractual and service level obligations to customers.
  - Directs business partners in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
  - Oversees projects where analysis of systems or data requires an in-depth evaluation of moderately complex business process, system process, and industry standards.
  - Ensures processes and technical skills are in place to perform consistently and deliver high quality results and value to customer.
  - Builds strong relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are achieved.
  - Applies strong knowledge of programming, technologies, processes, and methodologies to develop, maintain and support business applications
