  Company Profile: Japanese Machinery Manufacturer, established in 1972 (Japan) and 1995 (Malaysia). Total of 130 employees in the organization (Malaysia). Their core business is manufacturing machines related to Factory Automation, Semi-conductor and Office equipment. Specialized in Die Bonder, Die Sorter, Handler, Substrate processing, LCD, IC card and more equipment.
  
  Location: Subang Hi-Tech Area.
  
  Job Scopes:
  • Inspect the place of work to determine whether any machinery, plant, equipment, substance appliances or process or any description of manual labour used in the place of work, is of such nature liable to cause bodily injury to any person working in the place of work.
  • Investigate any incident, near-miss, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease which has happened in the place of work.
  • Collect, analyse and maintain statistics on any accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisioning and occupational disease which have occurred at the place of work.
  • Ensure safety and health policy statement is in placed and being signed by the Managing Director.
  • As government relation representative in safety and health matters.
  • Submit a report pertaining to his activities to the employer before the tenth of a preceding month (Regulation 19).
  • Eliminate, controls and minimize high, potential hazard, unsafe behavior.
  • Conduct regular safety audit/inspection.
  • Give safety induction to new hire members and contractors.
  • Prepares safety bulletin, safety information, safety sign and etc.
