  Company Profile: Malaysia’s first full fledged online broker, creating a new trading experience in Malaysia via trading platform (available via app and web), offer a 360° effortless trading experience from account opening, execution, settlement of trade, research and trading ideas as well as rewards and education.
  
  Location: Kuala Lumpur City Center (Jalan Tun Razak)
  
  Job Scopes:
  - To lead a team of Risk & Compliance
  - Established full function of financial Profit & Loss (P&L), budgeting, compliance and control and procedure manual documentations.
  - Supporting Settlement & Reconciliation
  - Assist in the development of risk management policies which include risk management strategies and risk tolerance level for various business units within the groups.
  - Monitor and ensure the implementation and compliance to the policies and procedure
  - Identify cost-effective strategies to improve operation efficiency and review service level agreement and related operations guidelines periodically.
  - Institute appropriate control measures , check & balance and monitor mechanisms to track deliverables and the team performance
  - Enhance service delivery quality through preservation of data accuracy & integrity and sanctity of data confidentiality.
  - Produce periodical performance and financial report for management review on timely manner.
  - Lead and manager overall work planning within the unit including resource management.
  - Attend/Present in the monthly business review, update on performance and sales outlook and any potential business opportunity to management.
  - Enhancement operation support team.
