Job responsibilities will include coordinating drawings from concept phase to construction documentation and specification for interior design finishes & FF&E. Lead the FF&E team directly with Design Director and design team. To be able to work independently & communicate well with other team members.【Responsibilities:】• Coordinating drawings from concept phase to construction documentation and specification for interior design finishes.• Lead the FF&E team directly with Design Director and design team.• Develop and execute the FF&E direction for overall project and communicate to the project team.• Communicate project status to Design Director on a regular basis.• Designing and sourcing FF&E from concept through to finished details• Liaising with contractors and suppliers in order to ensure FF&E is delivered on time and on budget.• Liaising with design and purchasing teams to ensure FF&E is in line with client expectations and to budget.• Participate in the establishment and maintenance of FF&E design standards for the company• Keep abreast of new trends that may influence FF&E design scheme• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
