  Company Introduction:
  This is the top label printer manufacturer (RFID, bar code system) in Japan. Having 90 branches over 23 countries over the world and aiming to be the top share across the world. Established in Malaysia in 2004 with about 80 staffs in sales office and over 300 workers in factory. Basic strategy is to overtake the competitors as much as possible, in any field, in any industry. Manufacturer, Logistics or Store, this company propose thermal bar code with Automatic Identification & Data Capture solutions, RFID systems, and hand labeling systems to clients from any background, according to their needs.

  Job Scopes:
  They got 1 new project about WNS system (a stock/inventory management system for client, but cannot explain the detail). This position will be handle this Project as a Project Manager.
  The project terms is 1 year to 1 and half year. After the project, They will assign another task.
  
  - Lead, develop, supervise, and manage a group of engineers, technicians to meet or exceed production targets in terms of quality, output, yield, cycle time and productivity.
  - Plan, organize and effectively deploy resources to meet manufacturing objectives with a quality mind-­set.
  - Determine, plan and support training requirements to assure operational readiness of assigned work areas.
  - Conduct meetings with subordinates to communicate and address issues pertaining to the department’s operation.
  - Set goals and ensures that they are achieved.
  - Responsible for continuous process improvement.
  - Ensure quality issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  - Maintains a safe working environment and a strong customer focus.
