    Location: Kelana Centre Point (PJ area), quick access to Subang Jaya, Shah Alam and highways to different regions of Selangor.

    Job Scopes:
    Main job scopes are surrounded with the IT issues: Service Level, Data Handling, Technical Capability
    The service desk agent will need to diagnose hardware, software and network related problems for end users.
    It will be basic level 1 troubleshooting and training will be provided.
    Provide excellent customer service to end users through phone.

    Requirements:
    - Language : English, Japanese
    - Require Skill :
    Knowledge of various software and applications (minimum: Windows environment and MS Office package)
      Interpersonal skills crucial for working in a customer service centre such as: excellent communication skills, readiness t
    - Core Skills :
      Basic Service Knowledge.
      Technical knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Office, PCs basic networking)
    - Aged from 25 - 39
