  Company Profile: Over 30 years of experience in cosmetics and skincare production and sales with the philosophy of only mixed in the good quality ingredients, none of the bad one. They have benchmarking the standard of premium skincare products.
  
  Location: Golden Triangle area, good location to access to different region of KL and convenience with megamall, parking lots and public transports.
  
  Job responsibilities:
  -Analyze key indicators to improve sales revenue and growth related key performance indicators
  -Oversee programs geared towards increasing sales and distributor recruitment & retention such as events and incentive programs
  -Set goals and targets with sales leaders to promote growth in their organization
  -Motivate, lead, and manage the Sales team in providing proactive support to distributors
  -Ensure that distributors are handled in an efficient, professional manner
  -Evaluate the performance of the Sales team by holding formal and informal evaluations
  -Expertly handle difficult customer problems and concerns whose resolution has a major impact on the company’s success
  -Oversee the market’s compliance related matter
  -Work with the Regional team in strengthening global support to the distributor force
