  Job Responsibilities:
  - Keep senior level informed of client relations
  - Partnership with existing clients and extension of client base to agreed Client Partnering strategy
  - Best in class client relationship building, proactive, ‘can do’ attitude and seamless implementation
  - Receive and discuss the brief with the clients
  - De-brief other related departments as Design and Production Teams
  - Receive the cost estimation and time deadlines with production team
  - Get approval from the client for deadlines and cost
  - Control the project from start of production to delivery to the shops (through communication with production managers)
  - Receive closing documents from production team
  - Submit all documents to administrative assistance for prepare the closing documents for the clients
  - See through vendor transparency management, bidding process and annual evaluation
  - See through vendors implementation & improvement for the better services and understanding guides policy
  - Provide timely and consistent communication to account director and team about project status, profitability and people
  - Develop strong relationships with all other parts of the business and raise profile within the agency
  - Charge of financial performance (P&L target) management; in charge of managing client’s billing and profit targets, and closely observe client’s financial security and report results
  - Active participation in monthly team finance meetings in partnership with budget controller
  - Quarterly forecasting with Account Director
  - Identify continuously client’s needs and establish/present initial strategy alternatives accordingly
  - Carry out shared values faithfully and play as a role model for junior members
  - Present clear instructions, guidelines and prompt review to junior members
