    -Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
    -Quick access to nearby famous landmark and other nations embassy.

    Job Responsibilities:
    - Support to manage projects status
    - Review supporting documents prior to invoice submission
    - Timely and accurate processing invoice submission and support PR related issues.
    - Provide accounting information to the management according to international and local accounting standards
    - Collaborate with project managers and senior operations management to resolve transaction issues within projects
    - Provide ad-hoc reporting to business when requested
    - Review and follow up of internal company procedures

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Well-versed in Chinese, Malay and English
    - Prefer a Diploma in Business Administrations or Finance & Accounting
    - Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
    - Experience in advertising business or service industry is preferred
    - Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and accounting system (knowledge of SAP is highly advantageous)
    - Aged from 21-24
