    Job Scopes:
    1.To assist the HR & Admin Manager in managing the full spectrum of HR and administrative function:

    Human Resources
    (a) Recruitment activities
    (b) Monthly payroll administration
    (c) Employee relations
    (d) Leave and benefit administration
    (e) Coordination of training & development,

    Administrative
    (a) To assist in statutory license application & renewal
    (b) Coordination of hostel for outstation outlet employees.
    (c) To assist in permit application & coordinating of routine maintenance schedule of respective outlets


    2. To assist in review, develop and implement of HR policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
    3. To keep abreast with the HR practices and ensure compliance with the statutory requirements at all time.
    4. To undertake other HR & Admin functions and ad hoc assignments as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Well versed in English and Malay
    - At least Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
    - Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the similar capacity.
    - A Team player and computer literate.
    - Good command of Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
    - Able to communicate with all levels of colleagues.
    - Age between 24 to 29
