    Location: Cheras (6 minutes driving distance to the nearest Hypermarket)

    Job Scopes:
    - To coordinate the operations of the F&B outlets including sales review, cost control, customer relations, production etc.
    - To handle official customer complaints and provide satisfactory follow up.
    - To coordinate the upkeep of the fixed assets and machinery at the F&B outlets.
    - To develop checklist and execute the routine checking at the F&B outlets including inspection of physical condition of the fixed assets, servicing of machinery, schedular services such as pest control, BOMBA, insurance, license etc.
    - To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Well versed in Chinese, English and Malay
    - Diploma/Degree in Nutritions / Food tech / Food Science / Food & Beverages Management Services / Hospitality or its equivalent.
    - Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the F& B industry or similar capacity.
    - Team player and able to work independently.
    - Well versed in Microsoft applications, good interpersonal and communication skills.
    - Manage outlet experience will be added advantage.
    - Prepare reporting.
    - ISO knowledge for food industries.
    - Willing to travel West Malaysia
    - Age between 24 to 29.
