  Company Introduction: Establish in 1949, More than 50 countries with 200 operating location and one of manufacturing's industrial packaging products and service based in Malaysia. They are producing plastic, fibre, flexible and corregated containers, steel, containers and packaging accessories for a wide range of industries.
  
  Locations: Section 51, Petaling Jaya
  
  Job Descriptions:
  1. To ensure production meets customers’ requirements in relations to volume, quality and delivery time frame.
  2. To develop the skills and knowledge of the workers to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. To constantly review the production process and strive for continuous improvements to increase manufacturing efficiency.
  4. To coach and provide training of the workers to attain highest standard of operations as well as lead, motivate and discipline the workers in the operations department.
  5. To prepare daily production report and maintain information in LN system and spreadsheet.
  6. To ensure that sufficient manpower is deployed to produce the drums.
  7. To ensure the adherence of ISO 9001 practices throughout the Company.
  8. To attend, respond and resolve customers’ complaints (with respective to product quality, workmanship, etc) in professional and timely manner.
  9. To ensure the compliance of safety among the workers
  10. Any other tasks as assigned by the Company.
