    Location: Section 32, Shah Alam

    Job Descriptions:
    - Handling inbound and outbound customer call enquiries from Japan.
    - Provide fast and timely solutions to all customer-related problems to Japan.
    - Establish and maintain professional relationship with customer through constructive customer telephone contact.
    - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer services.
    - Constantly be guided by company's service standards.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requiremements:
    - Able to speak English and Japanese
    - Posses at least Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other engineering-related field.
    - Experience : 2-years of working experience in related field
    - Require Skill : Familiar with BAAN/ERP system
    - Certificate : JLPT (N1-N3)
    - Candiates age from 25 ~ 30
