    Company Introduction : Established in 1915 as an electric motor sales and repair company which has grown to become Japan's top manufacturer. The business nature are to carry out as a wholesalers and distributors of electric power tools and related spares and accessories to our end users.

    Location : Subang Jaya

    Job Responsibilities :
    - Repairing and servicing at HQ, Johor, and Kuching but also can be done at Authorized Service Centers (ASC).
    - Business trip is necessary to ensure all ASC and service centers in Malaysia are in good conditions.
    - Ability to attend business trip for half month as the period of business trip is negotiable.
    - Arrange schedule to ensure repair or servicing able to complete on time by communicate with manager.
    - Manage, oversee and improve entire topic of Authorized Service Centers (ASC) nationwide and operation of Factory Service Centers (FSC)
    - The ability to build strong service team that provide professional service to assist customer on technical consultation and technical troubleshooting any tools
    - Strategically plan on expand and build strong ASCs network nationwide to maintain good relationship with customers, ASCs and Dealers
    - Consistently sensitive about after-sales service issue and upgrade the level of service from time to time by visiting ASCs and dealers
    - Improve and to build competency level of technician, service supervisor and ASCs by providing necessary training and make sure all ASCs understand their obligation of being ASC.
    - Plan and propose spare parts inventory level to ensure of FSCs are adequate and in healthy level for service usage to avoid issue of insufficient spare parts.
    - To manage all warranty claims and assist customer service upon customer feedback and complaints.
    - Prepare FSC monthly report of all the repair tools in the service center on every first working day of the month.
    - Meet 5S of working place.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements :
    - Good command in English
    - Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
    - 3 years of working experience in service repairing and team management skill with FMCG experiences
    - Candidate aged of 27 -32 years old
    - Possess a strategic mind set with high level of integrity, ethics and results driven
    - Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
    - Proficiency in participatory management skills, effective team-builder with high accountability for his/her actions
    - Required skills in Microsoft Power Point, Words & Excel
    - Someone strong in problem solving skill instead of technical skills.
    - Prefer candidate with Management skill more than technical skills.
