    Company Profile: A Japanese Property Agency, holding the license of MM2H (Malaysia My Second Home) and local travel company, established in 2012 (Malaysia). The services that they provided are property management / after purchase, support for investment consulting and entering Japanese business in Malaysia for individuals or corporations, including Visa application.

    Location: Petaling Jaya (nearby to PJ City Center, 5 minutes walking distance to Amcorp Mall)

    Job Scopes:
    <Sales and Rental>
    -Assist in sales/rental for property department (Japanese and local market).
    -Survey local sales/rental rates project by project.
    -Generate and utilize marketing strategy to secure prospective clients.
    -Providing after sales/rental services and build business relations with customers.
    -To maintain the web-site information.

    <Property Management>
    -To manage client’s unit (look for tenant and take care of them).
    -Update owners listing, open and maintain purchasers list by projects.
    -Arrange property maintenance work, renovation, inspection etc.
    -Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate, properly input and maintained.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Able to communicate in English & Japanese
    - Minimum 2-5 years working experience, possibly in property/rental/sale or customer service or similar capacity. Any other relevant experience is welcomed.
    - Aged from 25 - 45.
