  Job Scope:
  * Work closely with HOD to understand their recruitment needs, job requirement & expectations.
  * Build a strategic plan to meet and deliver talents at clearly defined rates and in timely manner
  * Identify and generate talent through networking and creative sourcing methods
  * Guide and manage candidates expectations to ensure proper job fit and future retention
  * Administer of talent assessment tools.
  * Follow up on successful interviews with reference checks, offer to candidates and other administrative processes
  * Maintain database, tracker and weekly report
  * To participate in recruitment activities, events as and when required.
  * Have the ability to keep talents warm in the pipeline
  * To perform administrative task and other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
