    Company Profile: A Japanese Property Agency, holding the license of MM2H (Malaysia My Second Home) and local travel company, established in 2012 (Malaysia). The services that they provided are property management / after purchase, support for investment consulting and entering Japanese business in Malaysia for individuals or corporations, including Visa application.

    Location: Petaling Jaya (nearby to PJ City Center, 5 minutes walking distance to Amcorp Mall)

    Job Scopes:
    1) Prepare monthly payments for utilities, suppliers, statutory payments and staff salaries .
    2) Maintain company petty cash and accurate record of petty cash.
    3) Monitor incomes coming to each bank and records such incomes accurately.
    4) Process relevant claims from company staffs such a transportation, medical and maintenance purchases.
    5) Key-in all transactions into company’s Auto account system.
    6) Send all relevant documents to our accountant every month on time so that she can complete monthly account on time.
    7) Liaise with banks and accountant on day to day basis.
    8) Other duties may be assigned to you from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Good communication in English.
    - Diploma or Degree in accounting or administration field.
    - Basic accounting or any field, administration background, banking support experiences.
    - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    - Aged from 23 to 45
