  Location: Bangsar South (Can be reached by Public Transport)
  
  Job Scopes:
  - Ensure end to end process of invoices which includes
  - Streamlining of Account Payable process
  - Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
  - Implement change for process improvement/standardization
  - Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues
  - Coordinate within AP team to meet tight deadlines during month end closing
  - Review transactions processed and ensure quality in processing in accordance to the timeline
  - Ensure the transactions processed in compliance with policies and procedures for respective market
  - Maintain a strong financial control environment and ensure timely escalation and remediation of any control deficiencies identified
  - Ensure service level agreement (SLA) and monthly performance and productivity KPIs are met
  - Review, analyse and ensure timely submission of AP reconciliation to stakeholders
  - Develop new and update existing desktop procedures to reflect changes in process
  - Involvement in migration of new system from Coda to Oracle and Inspyrus
  - People management – provide clear guidance and training to team members, constantly monitor and assess team’s performance. Recruitment of new team members with the right skill sets and experience
  - Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned
