Job Description
当社の主力製品である、ファクトリーオートメーションのPR・営業活動を中心にご活躍いただきます。
月に30社ほどまわることが課されますが、あくまで顧客の支援活動がメインなので、営業にありがちなノルマといったものはありません。お客様の殆どは日系企業。クライアント先の常駐の日本人駐在員を相手にPR・営業活動を行っていただきます。
今後は、マレーシアに販社機能を設け事業拡大・売り上げ向上を目標としているため将来的な会社の事業運営指針等が変更する可能性があります。取引先の多くは日系アカウントで、自社ブランド力を強みに営業・PR活動を行っていただきます。
レポート作成や、必要に応じて、日本出張にもご対応いただき報告会議にご参加いただくこともあります。
ゆくゆくは3年後までに現地化(ローカルスタッフだけでブランチをまわす状態)を検討しており、現地採用の日本人に管理していただきたいと考えております。現在は日本人1人とローカルのマレー系スタッフが1人(28才、2年半)での運営を行っております。
■PRのお仕事
訪問先にて、自社の新製品をご紹介する業務。
マレーシアにおいて営業としての厳密な売り上げ目標(KPI)やノルマはございません。
古いモデルをご利用される顧客に対し、現在出ている新しいモデルや新製品のご紹介をして、
反響によって販売及び導入するという流れとなります。
売り上げ目標がないというのはユニークなのですが、現在マレーシア拠点に販社機能がないためです。
■顧客支援
主に既存営業。
ファクトリーオートメーション(以下FA)に関して、日本において自社製品力は強く、大きなシェアを占めておりますため、ほとんどの海外進出日系企業は当社のFAを導入しております。
今後、マレーシア拠点で販社機能を持たせて事業開拓をしていく方向性を検討しており、新規開拓営業を行う可能性も将来的にはございます。

ー運転免許を持っている方
ー長く勤めていただける方(インドの支社で6年で本社採用に切り替わった実績有り)
ー英語力に関しては、コミュニケーションレベル程度でOKです。簡単なビジネスメール作成・読解力は必要English Level
