Job Description
Company Introduction: In Japan, this company is the subsidiary of the chemicals division of drug maker over 120 years. Their core business focus on exporting the Oleo-chemical extracted from palm oil to Japan. Raw material will be processed into cleaning agents (shampoo & soap) and other chemicals used in food industry then exported to Malaysia.
In year 2008, Representative Office is set up in Malaysia, and incorporate locally in 2013. Currently 3 members, and is planning to expand. Oversea branches in Shanghai and Taipei but Malaysia branch is expected to be actively handling ASEAN Area in the future.
Location: Mid Valley City (with numerous shops, restaurants, and low-rate parking available).
Job Scopes:
- Visit existing client (supplier and customer) together with superior.
- Mainly will handle exports to Japan, to confirm the delivery date, price, quality.
- At the same time, build and maintenance relationship with existing and potential local supplier.
- Negotiations with suppliers, input of product data, delivery time management, and payment management.
- Expected to do business trip to Japan to deepen the relationship with Japan side as well.
- Once get familiar with the work, opportunity will be given to handle imported chemicals from Japan and developing new local customer along with the superior.
- Depending on the capabilities, business trips to other Asia countries, also a business trip to Japan.

- Well-versed in English, Chinese
- Any Diploma or Degree holder
- Sales experience in Trading company, prefer Chemical or Food.
- Aged from 25 to 35
