  Company Profile: A Japanese Manufacturer of tiny motor, electrical conductor and tungshen alloy. Established in Malaysia on 1989 and currently having the group size of 220. Head Office is located at Japan, and 3 overseas branches in Malaysia, Indonesia and Shanghai.
  
  Location: Port Klang, about 12 minutes walking distance to KTM / 7 minutes driving distance to Jetty Port Klang.
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  - To comply and adhere entire company management procedures (ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO/TS16949), legal and other requirements, company standards, policies and regulations.
  - To assist superior in performing department daily accounting transaction activities and to attend related meetings instructed by company.
  - To key in all daily transaction entry in accounting computerized system.
  - To assist superior in managing company treasury transaction such as preparing payment, recording incoming collection, bank reconciliation, managing petty cash and others.
  - To prepare preliminary work in closing monthly management report and liaise with other department in compile and record closing documents.
  - To assist superior in preparing schedule and report for year-end Audit and Tax computation.
  - To be able to meet deadlines.
  - To properly kept all department documents and control filing system.
